How Ashenvale Club collects, uses and protects your data, including Google Sign-In data.

This policy explains what information Ashenvale Club ("we", "us") collects when you use our website, account panel (account.ashenvale.club), game launcher and game servers, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: username, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Google Sign-In data: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier and your verified email address. We never receive your Google password.
• Security and usage data: IP addresses, login attempts, session information, browser/device information and, when you use our launcher, device identifiers used to protect accounts and prevent cheating.
• Game data: characters, items and in-game activity associated with your account.
• Payments: donation records (amount, date, status). Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. PayPal, CoinPayments); we never see or store your card or banking details.
• Support: the content of support tickets you send us.

2. How we use your information

• To create and operate your account and let you sign in, including with Google.
• To keep accounts secure: detect suspicious logins and prevent abuse, fraud and cheating.
• To send account emails (verification, password recovery, security codes).
• To process donations and deliver related in-game services.
• To answer support requests and fix errors.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Google user data

Data received through Google Sign-In (account identifier and email) is used only to authenticate you and link your Google account to your Ashenvale account. It is not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not transferred except as required by law. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can unlink Google from your account settings at any time.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a few providers to run the service: Google (Sign-In and reCAPTCHA), Cloudflare (network protection) and payment processors (PayPal, CoinPayments). They process data under their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage only for essential purposes: keeping you signed in, security, and remembering preferences such as language and theme.

6. Data retention

We keep account data while your account exists. Security logs are kept for a limited time to protect accounts. Payment records may be kept longer where required by law.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw Google access at any time (from your account settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions). To make a request, contact us using the details below.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
